Tyrell Rolle and is the founder of the Rolle Project a 501(c) 3 a community development organization for artist by artist. Our work is about building vibrant communities through the Arts. We believe that artists are an important leverage point in that work. Our newest focus is a program titled Project Rage. Their acronym R.A.G.E. stands for Reaching Above Greater Expectations. This concept was born for those youth that have trials and burdens needing to release dance serves as an outlet for that bottled frustration transforming that energy into a positive reinforcement we call R.A.G.E.
Our mission is Our mission is to be a positive force enriching the mind, body and spirit through dance. Our Motto is "Dance as an Exit". The vision is to inspire the community with dance education and offer performance opportunities in a facility that will motivate, educate, and develop an appreciation of the fine arts. It is through our mission and vision that the Rolle Project will create "change" in youth our future through dance.

The Rolle Project aims to accept students no matter their financial barriers. Through fundraising and sponsors we have created a Scholarship Program offering relief with tuition and proper needs for class. Studio 305 is the home of the Rolle Project open seven days a week. There are a series of classes being offered including an after-school program so our youth have a safe place to learn and express their talents. Our goal is to expand as far as our youth can dream.

We embrace Art in all forms and acting was a huge demand so we have an incredible Talent Director bringing development classes, and placement for those youth are interested. Fitness plays a major role in dance, so we offer nutritional classes that focus on eating healthy to reach their full potential.

Rolle Project is a pillar in the community and is involved with local organizations and companies that support our mission. Cirque Du Soleil was instrumental in Tyrell Rolle's career and continues to support him. We plan to foster relationships, and build partnerships so we can create opportunities for youth to be creative.
