At Studio 305 our mission is to be a positive force enriching the mind, body and spirit through dance. Our Motto is "Dance as an Exit". The vision is to inspire the community with dance education and offer performance opportunities in a facility that will motivate, educate, and develop an appreciation of the fine arts.

We embrace Art in all forms offering acting was inevitable.Our Talent Director has been in the business many years and comes with a background in development and placement. Fitness plays a major role in dance, so we also offer nutritional classes that focus on eating healthy so the youth can reach their full potential.

We believe that an inclusive, immersive and dynamic after-school outreach arts program can help cut back on youth delinquency. We want to provide a safe, and nurturing environment. We are committed to bringing dance into classrooms, and communities in order to impact the lives of people throughout Las Vegas.

The Rolle Project housed in Studio 305 is a pillar in the community partnering with local organizations, and companies that support our mission. Cirque Du Soleil was instrumental in Tyrell Rolle's career and continues to support him and his mission.

Become a friend of Studio 305 home of The Rolle Project Organization by giving a child an opportunity to participate in classes. Many of our students come from one person households and the income is below poverty level. We aim to give all an opportunity to learn this will strengthen the community.
All donations will go towards students’ tuition, competitions, travel, room & board, costumes and performances. When Sponsoring a dancer you will receive a 8X10 Photo of your dancer also with a free ticket to their show, and hand written thank you note of appreciation. All sponsors will receive recognition in our company programs.

Shannon Yee
Shannon Yee, originally from Chicago trained at the School of Ballet Chicago under the direction of Daniel Duell and Patricial Blair. She danced for several companies including St. Louis Ballet, Oklahoma City Ballet, City Ballet of San Diego, Ballet Quad Cities, and Charleston Ballet Theatre. This is Shannon Second Year with the company.

Dedrick Stewart
Dedrick is a young aspiring artist born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He found his love of expression through dance at the West Las Vegas Arts Center. Mr. Stewart teaches Modern, Contemporary and Conditioning.This is Dedrick 4th Season with the company.

Conrad Kelly
Conrad R. Kelly II is native of Fort Lauderdale FL, He attended Dillard High School of the Visual and Performing Arts and Later went on to Florida A & M University where he became a member of the Marching 100 and the Florida A &M University Strikers. Conrad has also performed at The Disney Christmas Parade in orlando FL, SYTYCD season 11, Steve Harvey’s Dreamers Academy, Super Bowl XLIV, Dance Africa Atlanta, Scream Tour, Ruby Diamond’s “ Rock The Diamond” and World Ballet inc. “ Rock The Ballet”. This is Conrad first season with the company.

Mrs.
M
Las Vegas native and aspiring artist, Mrs.M has received training at Varies Ballet Schools.Mrs.M Teaches Ballet and Acro at Studio 305 Dance Studio. Mrs.M is excited to continue this journey and expand her career in the dance field during her first season with The Rolle Project Ensemble Company.

Dempsey Ward
Born and raised in the Kansas City area, she began her classical training at Legacy School of the Arts before continuing on to gain her B.F.A. in Dance from The University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Conservatory of Music and Dance.
She also performed at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts Grand Opening Gala, as well as Kansas City Ballet’s “The Nutcracker”. Dempsey attended The Ailey School deeply rooted in Ballet. She has appeared on the Lifetime television series "Dance Moms" as a guest judge. Dempsey currently teaches, dances and choreographs in the Las Vegas area.This is her first season with Rolle Project Ensemble Company.
